Annual Pass Terms & Conditions

A Wellington Country Park Annual Pass is valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase (or redemption of a gift voucher) and cannot be extended for any reason.

Please note, Wellington Country Park is closed after October half-term, re-opening at the start of February half-term, according to Hampshire County Council school’s holiday calendar. Terms and conditions apply. Please ask for details or see our website www.wellingtoncountrypark.co.uk

An Annual Pass is only valid for the named person on the pass. Annual Passes of any kind are not interchangeable, they are non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason including but not limited to health reasons, re-location, change of age etc.

Your Annual Pass must be shown on each visit to gain entry to the Park. If you do not have your Annual Pass with you, admission may be refused. After the third occasion, a duplicate card will need to be purchased at a cost of £5. There will be a £5 administration fee to replace your Annual Pass if lost or damaged.

Wellington Country Park Annual Pass holders are reminded that for operations, technical, safety or any other reason any advertised exhibit, attractions or any facilities on site may be closed, removed, altered or may be unavailable at any time. No refund or discount on ticket prices or Annual Passes will be offered should any of these circumstances apply and no matter for how long.

The management reserve the right to refuse entry, issue or withdraw an Annual Pass and to alter opening times, dates of operation, prices, the programme of events, terms and conditions of the Annual Pass and normal entry conditions without any prior notice. No refunds will be issued for any of the above.

A Wellington Country Park Term Time Annual Pass is only valid for the named and photographed person on the Annual Pass. No other person can use this Pass as a means of entry. False use of this Pass may result in the Pass being withdrawn and no refund offered.

A Wellington Country Park Term Time Annual Pass allows for limited access to the Country Park for the named card holder only during Hampshire County Councils Term Time dates, available to view here. The pass does not give access to Winter at Welly Park.

The management reserve the right to refuse entry, issue or withdraw an Annual Pass and to alter opening times, dates of operation, prices, the programme of events, terms and conditions of the Annual Pass and normal entry conditions without any prior notice. To receive 10% discount on all Catering and Retail purchases, the Annual Pass named cardholder must be present at the time of payment and the Annual Pass named cardholder pass be presented PRIOR to payment. Discounts CANNOT be applied after the transaction has been completed in any circumstance. Misuse of the Annual Pass, e.g. allowing someone else to use the pass, may result in the Annual Pass being cancelled, with no refund offered. 10% Discount will apply on all Catering and retail purchases made by the named cardholder only, on all products bar animal feed and playdirt. Discounts will also NOT apply to any already discounted priced items or any item on special offer.

The 5 Free Train Ride promotional voucher is only issued with Full Annual Passes and is only valid for the duration of the Annual Pass. Dates of expiry cannot be extended for any reason. Each voucher can only be used once and only the original voucher will be accepted; no photocopies permitted. Each ride is only valid for one person per ride, however any child 15 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older when riding the train. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and no cashback will be given for unused rides. The voucher can be given to friends or family to use, without the Annual Pass holder being present. Wellington Country Park will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen vouchers. Vouchers are valid for our in-house events calendar such as our Easter Event or Hallo’Welly’Ween but are not valid for any ‘special’ ticketed events during or outside normal seasonal operating times.

The renewal discount available at the expiry date of an Annual Pass, either 28 days prior or 28 days after expiry, is available only if purchasing the same pass type.

Right to cancel – To cancel your Annual Pass and receive a refund, you must contact us in writing or by email within 14 days of your Annual Pass starting (being the day at which payment is made, or a voucher is redeemed). After 14 days, no refunds will be given.

If you have used your Annual Pass during the 14-day cancellation period before contacting us to cancel your Annual Pass, we will deduct from your refund any amount proportionate to any visits you have made during this period prior to cancellation (based on high season charges).

The following terms and conditions apply to the complimentary Wellington Country Park Annual Pass provided to eligible Wellesley Prep School and Wellesley Nursery families.
1. The Annual Pass benefit is available to families with a child enrolled at Wellesley Prep School or Wellesley Nursery.
2. The benefit includes admission to Wellington Country Park for:
o The enrolled pupil(s) of a family; and
o Up to two named parents or legal guardians.
3. The Annual Pass must be activated in person at Wellington Country Park Reception and will require email proof confirming pupil number(s) and the activation code.
4. The pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the named individuals registered to the pass.
5. The pass remains valid for as long as the child remains enrolled at Wellesley Prep School or Wellesley Nursery and continues to meet the eligibility criteria.
6. The pass will automatically cease to be valid when a child leaves Wellesley Prep School or Wellesley Nursery.
7. To activate the benefit, Wellington Country Park may verify a child’s current enrolment with Wellesley Prep School or Wellesley Nursery. Only the minimum information necessary to confirm eligibility will be used for this purpose.
8. The holders of the card will receive a 10% discount in the retail and catering operations at the Park. At the time of purchase, a member on the pass must present for the discount to be given. This promotion is in line with the discount offered for regular Annual Passes at Wellington Country Park and is reviewed every year.
9. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult in accordance with Wellington Country Park admission policies.
10. The Annual Pass is issued and administered by Wellington Country Park and is subject to the Park’s current Annual Pass Terms and Conditions, which apply in addition to these terms.
11. Wellington Country Park reserves the right to request identification from pass holders at any time.
12. Lost, stolen or damaged passes should be reported to Wellington Country Park as soon as possible. Replacement fees may apply in accordance with Wellington Country Park policies.
13. The benefit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for an alternative product, service, discount or refund.
14. Eligibility for the benefit may not be transferred to another family member, friend or third party.
15. Wellington Country Park reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend this benefit where reasonably necessary, including in cases of misuse, fraud or breach of these terms and conditions.
16. Admission to standard events calendar included, including Easter, May Half Term, Summer Events and Halloween. Separately ticketed events, experiences, activities, or other paid-for attractions are not included unless explicitly stated.
17. All pass holders must comply with Wellington Country Park’s general conditions of entry and any instructions issued by Park staff.
18. Personal data collected for the administration of the Annual Pass will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of Wellington Country Park and Wellesley Prep School/Wellesley Nursery. Wellesley Prep School and Nursery parents can sign up to Wellington Country Park’s ticketing software and email communications for the purpose of managing their account and hearing about news from the Park.
19. By activating and using the Annual Pass, families agree to these terms and conditions and to the current Wellington Country Park Annual Pass Terms and Conditions.
