Fantastic place for family day with kids. Many kids activities, good coffee, nice nature, professional and friendly staff.

Great summer day out with family. Always a great fun to visit with kids offering wide range of activities.

I was in the area for business travel and decided to drop by to check out this park because my kids love dinosaurs and I seen they had a dinosaur area. I was not disappointed at all with the entire park. To enter the park you have to pay a fee…. It was about $25 US which is normal for most amusemant park like this one. They had great play structures/parks within the park that included wooden jungle gyms, metal slides and swings. Kids would have a blast climbing and running around! There is also this giant inflated balloon that kids can climb on and bounce on that is surrounded by sand in case a little one falls off. It stands about 5ft off the ground and the kids I seen were having a blast jumping and rolling off of it. There is a giant wooden ship which was pretty cool too. There is also a little feeding anima farm! In the middle of the park is a large lake. Lots of birds and I guess you can also fish there too. Seen a guy fishing for carp. Unsure if it's good fishing though buy hey, give it a try. There is a dirt path around that lake which brings you to the other side of the park where they have more play structures and the dinosaur exhibit area. There are approximately 20 fake dinosaurs along with a little informational piece about each one. If you have little ones, they could easily be scared because they have their teeth showing and don't don't look friendly but hey, that's a dinosaur for ya. They have sounds playing as you walk through to add to the experience which was cool. Definitely would take my kids. As you make your way around there is a splash pad for those hot days when the kids want to play in water along with another play park and slides next to it. There are also some hiking trails within the park as you first enter that I didn't get a chance to do but they say allow for an hour depending on which trail you decide to do. Cool park with cafes, sweet treats, and of course souvenirs to take home. Enjoy!

Brilliant place for children – highly recommended. There are various playgrounds and other activities to keep them entertained all day long! This is one of our favourite places to come! Ample car park space too.

wow what a jam packed place of fun things to see and do! lots of clean facilities and staff were all friendly and happy to help. Highly recommended! can't wait to come back!

Wellington Country Park is a fantastic place for families! Everything is extremely clean and well-maintained, from the walking paths to the restrooms. The whole park is very well-organized, making it easy to navigate and enjoy a full day of activities. The campsite is especially impressive, peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by nature. It’s perfect for a weekend getaway. Facilities are spotless and the staff are always friendly and helpful. There’s so much to do for kids! The adventure playgrounds, splash zone, mini railway, and animal area kept our children entertained for hours. They didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended for families with young children, and the campsite makes it even better if you want to turn your visit into a short holiday. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing place for kids to spend the whole day! We loved it

Such a great spot for the kids to play and learn. Splash pad is exceptionally good this time of year. Nice and quiet during the week in term time.

Loads to do. Dinosaurs, little farm and play parks were our 5 year olds favourite, oh and the train driver was great!

Wellington Country Park offers amazing activities that are both fun and educational. I have just come back from a school trip with my sons class and I'd like to say a special mention to Crystal and Ellie H for a hugely engaging pond life session. It was the highlight of the kids' trip and mine. Your engery is infectious.

Took my nephew here and it was awesome! Not sure who enjoyed it more. Took him on a day where we could meet the dinosaurs and that was brilliant. Thought it was expensive entry, however, once I'd spent the day there it felt fully justified. There's so much to do, lots of parks, a digger land and train ride. Something for all the family!

Fantastic place. We stayed at the camp site which is really lovely and so convenient being right on the country park. The play areas here are brilliant, we loved crazy golf and the farm too. My only complaint would be the prices. £3 for a 1 minute train journey, £1 for a mini milk ice lolly.

Brilliant place, so much to do. Covers everything children love and the quality and cleanliness is excellent. The only thing I would say Is the price of food and drink is not cheap. Also be great if the splash area had a bit more variety and things to it. Apart from that had a lovely day and will definitely return.

Our Wellington membership is probably the best £75 I have ever spent, we go every week if not twice a week and the kids never get bored of playing there, the staff are super nice (a rarity!!) It's really well organised and wel maintained. Can't rate it highly enough.

A great day out for all the family with numerous activities including age-related play areas, a train ride and sandpits. With animals to see and feed, dinosaurs roaring and a pirate ship to explore my 3-year old grandson later kept saying it was the best day ever :). My 10-month grand-daughter loved the amimals and swings.

Fantastic for the kids as there is so much to do. Equally as much fun for adults as you get some much needed chill time whilst the children play in a variety of safe and fun environments. Something for all and the splash park is a must on a hot day.

Bit of a price tag to the tickets but providing you go for a good duration this is an awesome place. The sand and water activity areas were the favourite hit with my five and two year old kids.

Lovely place the park is aimed at 3-8 year olds so older kids may not find enough to do. Camping site was wonderful, but a bit pricey at peak times. At times there were only 2 campers (Caravans) on site which may be pricing or covid restrictions.

Beautifully laid out with a long walk around the lake if you want it or shorter walks to the attractions. The animals look well cared for and it's lovely experience to feed them. Adventure playgrounds, dinosaurs and a splash zone. So much to do.

Lots of things to do for kids of all ages. Splash zone, mini golf, nature trails, nice cafés, playgrounds for different ages, dinosaur statues park, small animal farm, even barbeque area with brick barbeque to hire. And of course we're nice area for camping (did it a year or two ago), able to see deers behind the fence.

Great place for little ones, it does get busy on a nice summer day but it's a big enough park that if you aren't bothered about the more popular bits you can still find a quiet picnic spot. My little boy (2) adores the water area and the dinosaur playground. Well worth looking at an annual pass if you're local with little ones.

Fabulous park, children love it. Loads to do but take a picnic as it gets a bit spend. Also give their toy shop a swerve – hugely overpriced tat!

I use the park daily to socials my young dogs. There are so many distractions to train around in one place it's excellent. Dogs have to be jest on leashes so I know there'll never be trouble fromm random dogs and I can use them any time …

Great place for families with lots for young children to see and do. There's an entrance fee to pay but it is worth it and the chances are that you'll be there all day!

Fabulous place to take young children, there's lots of areas for them to play, a splash park and a big jumping pillow, a small farm area with a petting area, crazy golf, a gorgeous walk around a large lake, all round great place to go

Great day out if you have little ones. Amazing events making each visit different. I thoroughly recommend getting a couple of adult annual passes to ensure that you get lots of family funtime at #wellypark

Lovely lovely place, great for parking, lots of choice of places to eat, you can bring a packed lunch, there's activities for all age groups, you can even camp and do a BBQ! Great for disabled access too. It is expensive but you get what you pay for. Kids under 2 are free.
