Please be aware that during busier periods queues may form at any point in the Park and other visitors may prevent or obstruct the trail or any part of the Park’s facilities. This is considered a normal part of the Park’s operation.

Please be aware there may be groups in attendance during your visit. When full capacity of the Park is reached, Wellington Country Park reserves the right to control the queue and flow of visitors into the Park. This may result in delays, at the point of entry.

All items, belongings and any other personal property brought into the Park by visitors to the Park shall be done so at the owner’s risk. Wellington Country Park accepts no liability for the loss or damage to such property.

Health & Safety
All visitors are required to adhere to the health and safety measures in place throughout the attraction. These measures are designed to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and staff.

Visitors must follow all posted signage, instructions from staff, and any additional safety protocols that may be implemented from time to time. Failure to comply with these measures may result in removal from the premises without refund.

The attraction reserves the right to modify health and safety policies in accordance with government guidelines and operational requirements.

Disabled Entry Ticket
Important Information Regarding our Disabled Entry Tickets

We would like to inform you that from the start of our 2027 season, we will only accept the ‘Access Card or Wellington Country Park Digital Access Pass’ as proof of disability to gain free for a carer/essential companion. This means that from 2027, a disabled person entry ticket will only be entitled to a free carer/essential companion with an ‘Access Card or Wellington Country Park Digital Access Pass which shows a +1 or +2 symbol’.

However, this new scheme will begin from the start of our 2027 season and not this season, in order to enable time to communicate this change.

This means that we have decided that for this season only, 2026, we will continue to accept the following as proof of disability:
• A Blue Badge with a valid expiry date, this can include a photocopy or digital photo of both sides of the badge
• PIP Letter (Personal Independence Payment) dated within the last 24 months, this can include a photocopy or digital photo with both the name and date clearly visible
• DLA Letter (Disability Living Allowance) dated within the last 24 months, this can include a photocopy or digital copy with both the name and date clearly visible, an Access or Enhanced Card with a valid expiry date
• A Wokingham Borough Council issued CAN card with a valid expiry date

We ask for proof of all disabilities, regardless of if they would be considered “visible”.

Please note that to qualify as a carer, the individual must be aged 18 years or above. Infants who have not yet turned 2 years old, do not qualify for free entry with a carer.

For full details and information on how to apply within the Access Card scheme, please see our accessibility page via the following link https://wellingtoncountrypark.co.uk/legal/access-statement/.

To avoid any disappointment or upset by having to remove children from any particular piece of play equipment who contravene any age or height restriction, we kindly ask all adults to ensure any restriction in place is adhered to. We cannot make exceptions for any one particular child and the rules apply across the board, so to avoid upset please follow the guidelines in place.
