Our Commitment to Exceptional Service at Wellington Country Park
At Wellington Country Park, we strive to provide exceptional service to all of our visitors and guests, so that they can fully enjoy their visit to the Country Park and to the Campsite. Our mission is to offer a high-quality experience, and we are dedicated to continuously monitoring and improving accessibility and inclusivity for all, including our staff.
To achieve this, we are collaborating closely with several external companies, schools and colleges, to continuously monitor and enhance our services, so that we can become an ideal accessible tourism destination for all.

A disabled person paid entry ticket is entitled to a free carer/essential companion. Please note that to qualify as a carer, the individual must be aged 18 years or above.
We accept the following as proof of disability, with the Access Card being our preferred option:
• An Access or Enhanced Card with a valid expiry date

• PIP Letter (Personal Independence Payment) dated within the last 24 months, this can include a photocopy or digital photo with both the name and date clearly visible
• DLA Letter (Disability Living Allowance) dated within the last 24 months, this can include a photocopy or digital copy with both the name and date clearly visible
• A Wokingham Borough Council issued CAN card with a valid expiry date
Proof of ID with photo may be required. If you are concerned about your documentation or accessibility needs, we ask you to get in touch with our team prior to your visit.

We have worked closely with Access and Inclusion UK to put together a Wellington Country Park Story, a guide for our visitors with autism to prepare for their visit.

Wellington Country Park have been working closely with a Portsmouth based charity, Enable Ability, to give our visitors a Virtual tour or both or Park and Campsite.
Our virtual tour ‘What’s it Like?’ is conceived, created and tested by those living with anxiety and autism, who identified the need for this immersive technology, especially in these ever-challenging times.
The tour offers, walkthrough videos and information videos that will allow our guests to experience Wellington Country Park whilst planning their visit.
