Give your child a birthday that they will never forget, surrounded by nature, fresh air, and the magic of Wellington Country Park. Held in our Woodland Café, our Party Package offers great value parties with an exclusive use of indoor space. After your party is over, you and your guests have the opportunity to remain in the Park for the rest of the day too!
Our birthday parties are available on weekend mornings and afternoons throughout September and into mid-October. Choose your date, pick your slot, add your extras, and leave the setting to us.
Held in our Woodland Cafe within the Park grounds, our Party Package offers great value parties with an exclusive use of indoor and outdoor space. After the party itself is over, you and your guests then have the opportunity to remain in the Park, for the remainder of the day.
Our Birthday Party Package
The stress free way to plan a Birthday Party.
There is a maximum of 30 children, with a minimum of 12 paying children.
£25.95 per child, with a minimum of 12 full paying children (aged 2 and over). An adult goes free for every full paying child.
If you are a Wellington Country Park Annual Pass holder, you will receive 10% discount on your whole party. This will be taken off your final balance amount. The Annual Pass must not have expired at the point of the Birthday Party event date.

Our Parties Include
- All day entrance to Wellington Country Park
- One FREE adult for every full paying child, two FREE adults for the Birthday Child
- Private Party Room Hire in our Woodland Cafe for two hours, with optional outdoor dining space for good weather days
- Two timeslots to choose from:
- Morning Party 10;30am to 12:30pm
- Afternoon Party 1:30pm to 3:30pm
- A Train Ride for the whole party
- Food for children including:
- Hot Pizza Platter
- Vegetable Platter
- Ice Cream
- Unlimited squash and water
A member of staff will be available to meet and greet your guests, to assist with the provided food and any chosen additional extras.

- How early before the party can I get into the party room?
You will be able to access the Party room 30 minutes before the start of the party in order to set up the zone. There is no additional time added after your party has concluded.
- Can we bring our own balloons and decorations?
Tablecloths, helium ballons and floor decorations are welcome, unfortunately we do not allow items to be secured to the walls or ceilings. You are more than welcome to bring balloons for the floor. We ask that all decorations are cleared away promptly.
- Will there be tables and chairs for us to use in the room?
There will be tables provided for the party food, as well as an additional table for presents and the cake. There will also be enough benches/chairs for all the guests at the party.
- What food is included within the Birthday Child cost?
Party food is included for children, including a hot pizza platter (3 slices per child), mixed vegetable platter, ice cream (individual vanilla tub) and unlimited squash and water.
- Do you cater for allergens or other food requirements?
Your host will take a list of allergens on arrival if this has not been received prior to the party. Only pizza’s will be served and included within the Birthday Party package.
- Will there be a party co-ordinator running the party?
There will be a member of staff that will meet and greet your guests, take the party to the room and provide the food and party extras.
- Is there a minimum or maximum number of children allowed at the party?
The minimum number of children we accept for a party booking is 12 and the maximum is 30.
- Can I bring a birthday cake with candles for the birthday child?
You are more than welcome to bring a birthday cake with candles to be used in the party room. We ask that no knives are brought to site as a cake knife will be available, if required. We ask that a responsible adult cuts the cake. We do not allow sparkler candles. If purchasing a Birthday Chocolate Cake with us as part of your booking, a selection of candles will be available if you wish to use them.
- Can I bring a Piñata to the Birthday Party?
Unfortunately we do not allow items to be secured to the walls or ceilings, including pinata’s.
- I have an annual pass, can I attend the party using my annual pass for the day without contributing to the party booking numbers?
All guests to the party will require to be added to the booking and will count towards party booking numbers.
The Annual Pass must not have expired at the point of the Birthday Party event date.
- Can I store items in the party room after my party has concluded?
Unfortunately we cannot store personal belongings in the room afterwards and ask that gifts and decorations are taken with you or kept in a vehicle, left at your own risk.
- Are we able to bring a vehicle onsite to the party room?
Unfortunately we cannot allow vehicles onsite to the party room.
- Do Annual Pass holders get a discount?
Annual Pass holders (Full, Term Time and Wellesley) qualify for 10% off for our Birthday Parties. You will receive 10% discount on your whole party. This will be taken off your final balance amount.
- How many slices does the add-on Birthday Chocolate Cake provide?
The Birthday Chocolate Cake available as an additional purchase serves 16 slices. If purchasing a Birthday Chocolate Cake with us as part of your booking, a selection of candles will be available if you wish to use them.
- Can I bring external suppliers to the party (e.g. Face Painters)?
Currently we do not facilitate any third party suppliers at our Birthday Parties.
