Camping T&Cs

Campsite Terms and Conditions

As well as Campsite Terms and Conditions, normal Terms and Conditions of Entry to Wellington Country Park apply to all camping visitors and guests.

Pitches

Only one unit is allowed per pitch. A unit is defined as a Tent, Trailer Tent, Folding Camper, Campervan, Motorhome or Caravan. Please note, there is no distinguishing between an 8-person tent or a 1-person tent. Both are classified for licensing purposes, as one unit.

As our Campsite is within a forest, if you are using a tent, we do recommend that you place an extra ground sheet under your tent for added protection. We also recommend you use strong metal tents pegs. Being a typical forest floor, aluminium pegs may struggle.

Booking Camping & Length of Stay

Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your stay, via our website and cannot be made over the telephone. We do not take bookings on the day either online or on the door. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Please note, there is a £2.00 Booking Fee for each pitch booked. Bookings are not confirmed until FULL payment has been received.

A minimum of 2 nights stay is required on weekends and during Hampshire school holiday dates. A minimum of 3 nights is required on Bank Holiday weekends.
