Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

Please find below your full terms and conditions for Birthday parties hosted by Wellington Country Park. These are in conjunction with the full park Terms and conditions found on our website.

Access

• Access to Wellington Country Park is only valid for party guests is on the day of your booking. Your party guests can use the Park both before and after the Party during normal opening hours. Please check if your party falls in high or low season as opening hours vary.
• Access to your party room for the Birthday Child family will be available 30 minutes prior to the booked party time
• All full paying children will strictly include one free adult admissions into the Park (except for the Birthday child, who may bring two). Any additional adults will be charged at £16pp.
• There is a maximum of 30 children allowed at the party.
• Wellington Country Park customers are reminded that for operational, technical, safety or any other reason any attractions or facilities on site may be closed, removed, altered or maybe unavailable at any time.
• Car Parking is free for the duration of your visit.

Room

• Party room hire is for two hours only, with access available thirty minutes before the start time.
• Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled party as the time allocated cannot be extended.
• We cannot allow the use of piñatas, sparkler candles or confetti cannons, confetti balloons in the Party Room.
• We do not permit character costumes at our Birthday Parties
• Black rubbish bags are provided by Wellington Country Park. We ask that the party room is left in the same way as it was found.
• A Bluetooth speaker is available for you to use in the Party Room only. Please note, there is NO access to a CD player. Please keep music to a sensible level so not to disturb other visitors to the Park.

Host Duties

• A Host will be available to greet your party, provide the food and drinks and provide any extras.
• The role of the host is to co-ordinate your arrival and ensure your party runs to time and act as a key contact on the day.

Food and Drink

• Included in your party we will provide unlimited squash and water on table from arrival. A vegetable platter and sharing pizzas will be provided after the first hour. One tub of ice cream per child is served after pizza is served.
• Gluten free Pizza’s are available.
• Our squash provided is both orange and blackcurrant. Water is also provided.
• We ask that any allergies are declared in advance so we may cater for your guests needs
• We do not allow external hot food to be brought on site for a party. You are welcome to bring additional cold food options.

Cancellation Policy

• Party bookings may be transferred to an alternative date up to 7 days prior to the scheduled party date, subject to availability and at no additional charge.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the party date will be eligible for a refund less a 25% administration fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date are non-refundable.

Children not attending on the day

• No refund will be given for less than 12 full paying children (minimum number) attending the Party.

Cancellation of the Party

• Bookings are non-refundable. We can try and move your booking to another date within the current season however, this is subject to availability.
