Wellington Country Park Terms & Conditions of Gift Vouchers 2026

Redemption

Gift Vouchers can be used online to purchase entry tickets or an Annual Pass voucher.

Gift vouchers can also be used onsite to purchase Admission tickets, Annual Passes or for any Retail or Catering products.

Please note Gift Vouchers cannot be used for camping and are also not valid for any special ‘ticketed’ event such as Wellington Illuminova.

Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the amount on the Gift Voucher, on payment of the difference (please note Wellington Country Park is now cashless). If they are used to purchase an item of a lower price or an item purchased with a Gift Voucher is refunded, any money owing will be added to a Gift Voucher. No cash refund will be offered.

If you do not spend the entire balance on the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance will be updated on our system after each transaction.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. You are unable to purchase a Gift Voucher with a Gift Voucher.

Balance on Gift Voucher

To find out a monetary balance, please follow the link within your email including the barcode of the Gift Voucher

You can also check your balance online on our gift voucher page, or at any till when visiting site. To check online, please go to our Gift Voucher page and at the bottom of the page, there is a ‘gift voucher status. Click on this link, enter your gift voucher code and see your balance.

Period of Validity

Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase (please note the Park is closed from Nov – Mid Feb each year). If your Gift Voucher expires during this period, any outstanding balance would be lost.

Unfortunately, gift vouchers cannot be extended for any reason. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.

Wellington Country Park will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers. No refunds/replacements will be offered in any circumstance.

Cancellation

Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights.
