Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Purchase

Gift Vouchers can be purchased either online via our website or directly onsite from any reception till.

Redemption

Gift Vouchers can be redeemed both online or onsite for the purpose of purchasing general Admission, an Annual Pass or for any Retail or Catering products only. Please note Gift Vouchers cannot be used for camping or for any special ‘ticketed’ event such as Neverland Illuminova.

Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the amount on the Gift Voucher, on payment of the difference (please note Wellington Country Park is now cashless)

If they are used to purchase an item of a lower price or an item purchased with a Gift Voucher is refunded, any money owing will be added to a Gift Voucher. No cash refund will be offered.

If you do not spend the entire balance on the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance will be updated on our system after each transaction. To find out a monetary balance, please follow the link within your email including the barcode of the Gift Voucher or speak with a member of our reception team who will be able to help.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. You are unable to purchase a Gift Voucher with a Gift Voucher.

Period of validity

Gift Vouchers have a period of one year from purchase date to be used. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.

Please be aware that the Park closes during the Winter so any outstanding balance cannot be used whilst we are closed. If your Gift Voucher expires during this period, any outstanding balance would be lost.

Gift Vouchers should be treated as cash; they are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards.

Wellington Country Park will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers. No refunds/replacements will be offered in any circumstance.

Cancellation

Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights.

Changes to the Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions.

Wellington Country Park reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Gift Vouchers at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the voucher, if in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The management reserve the right to refuse entry, issue or withdraw a Gift Voucher and to alter opening times, dates of operation, prices, the programme of events and the terms and conditions of the annual pass and normal entry conditions without any prior notice. No refunds will be issued for any of the above.

Visitors to Wellington Country Park are reminded that for operations, technical, safety or any other reason any advertised exhibit, attractions or any facilities on site may be closed, removed, altered or may be unavailable at any time. No refund to a Gift Voucher will be offered should any of these circumstances apply and no matter for how long.
